Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes
Orders are dispatched from Croatia and carried by Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post). We offer two services. The prices and delivery times on this page are the carrier's own published figures, effective 1 August 2026 — not our estimates. Where the carrier publishes no delivery time, we say so rather than invent one.
The two services, side by side
A vial order weighs roughly 200 g packed. That weight is what the figures below are based on.

Service 1
Tracked mail — from €6.91 anywhere
The same price to every country the carrier serves — there are no zones and no surcharges: Germany, Japan and Australia all cost the same. The shipment is tracked, and no recipient phone number is needed.
The price does depend on weight. A single vial packed for post is roughly 145 g, and each further vial adds about 25 g, so a small order sits in the first band and a larger one moves up:

The band that applies to your order is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay. The vial counts are our own estimate from the packed weight; the prices are the carrier's published tariff.
Honest note on delivery time
The carrier publishes no delivery time at all for this service. There is no guaranteed window, and we will not quote one. If a fixed window matters to you, use the express service instead.
The only figure the carrier does publish is its own measurement of how this service performed in 2025:

This is the carrier's own measurement for 2025. It is a record of what happened, not a promise from us about what will happen to your shipment.
Service 2
Express (EMS) — published delivery window
Express is the option with an actual published delivery window and included compensation up to €165.00. It costs considerably more and it does not reach every country — the carrier covers 73 destinations with this service.
It is also the only one of the two the carrier answers for. Its general terms for international post list the services it will compensate — parcels, PostPak, Paket 24 International, Connect parcels and M-bags — and tracked mail is not among them. On a tracked shipment, a loss is a loss. If the value of what you are ordering makes that unacceptable, choose express and tell us: we can buy the value supplement at the counter, which raises the cover in bands to a ceiling of €1,330.00. Beyond that the carrier will not insure a postal item at any price, and for an order that large it is worth writing to us first.
There is a weight ceiling. The carrier publishes a single rate for this service, for parcels up to 1 kg, and no rate above that. Rather than guess one, we withdraw the express option for orders heavier than 1 kg — roughly 36 vials or more. Those go by tracked mail.
Why express costs several times more
EMS has no weight class below 1 kg, so our roughly 200 g shipment is billed at the “up to 1 kg” rate — you pay for a kilogram whether or not you send one.

Total = the carrier's zone price plus manual handling (€2.00 inside the EU, €1.60 outside it). D = the day the shipment is handed to the carrier.
What the window excludes
The carrier states explicitly that non-working days do not count towards the window, and neither does any time the shipment spends in destination customs.
Recipient phone number is mandatory
The carrier's system will not accept an express shipment without a phone number for the recipient. If you choose express, give us a number you can be reached on.

If your country is not listed for express, tracked mail still reaches it at €6.91. Products are not available to U.S. residents, and we do not ship there under either service.
Dispatch
Checkout is crypto only — ETH, USDT and SOL, with BTC coming. Your order is prepared once the payment is confirmed on-chain. We hand the shipment to the carrier on the next working day after that confirmation.
Until the payment confirms, the shipment does not move — that step is on the blockchain, not on us. The carrier's delivery window starts on the day we hand the shipment over, not on the day you order.
Customs and duties (outside the EU)
Shipments going outside the EU carry a CN23 customs declaration.
Import duties, VAT and any customs charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. We cannot calculate them for your country in advance.
A shipment may be held at destination customs. That time does not count towards the carrier's delivery window, and it is outside the carrier's control and ours.
Tracking
Every shipment has a tracking number, on both services. You receive it once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Packaging
The outside of the parcel carries no marking of its contents. Inside, the glass vials are braced so that they cannot touch each other in transit.
That is the whole of what we do on packaging. A customs declaration is still attached to shipments leaving the EU, as described above.
If your parcel does not arrive
Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order reference and tracking number. We will take it up with the carrier and check the status of the shipment for you, then tell you what they report.
What happens next depends on what the carrier finds, so we will not promise an automatic refund here. We will keep you informed of each step.
